What we're looking for

As a pivotal member of our Strategy and M&A Practice, you will engage with leading thinkers in strategic consulting, specifically focusing on mergers and acquisitions due diligence. You will provide high-level advisory services, helping clients navigate complex M&A landscapes to maximise the value from their transactions and strategic initiatives. Your role will entail crafting and implementing robust due diligence frameworks that inform investment decisions and support seamless integration strategies.

You will leverage your deep understanding of strategic theory to formulate and execute comprehensive due diligence analyses. These will be aimed at identifying synergies, assessing risks, and uncovering value creation opportunities in potential acquisitions. Through empirical, data-driven insights, you will develop strategies that ensure substantial and sustainable enhancements to our clients' competitive positioning.

who you are

We are looking for experienced professionals who possess a blend of analytical acumen and innovative thinking, especially suited to the M&A context. The ideal candidate will typically have:

  • A robust academic background, holding an MBA or Master's degree, coupled with at least three years of direct consulting experience, preferably with a focus on strategy and M&A.
  • Proficiency in English, complemented by fluency in another language, greatly valued.
  • A global mindset, proven by international work or living experiences, enabling you to appreciate diverse business practices and cultural nuances.
  • A strong track record in strategy consulting with specific experience in conducting thorough due diligence and strategic evaluations in an M&A context.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analysis, strategic conceptualisation, and the clear communication of actionable insights.
  • A profound entrepreneurial spirit, underpinned by a commitment to excellence and a relentless pursuit of success.
  • Exceptional self-motivation, excellent organisational skills, adaptable, with a strategic and analytical approach to solving complex problems.
